FMPS served as Owner's Representative on the renovation of this historic Cincinnati icon. For extensive infomation about the project including all the progress reports please click on the link below. You will also be able to read about the studies and campaign that led to the successful county-wide temporary sales tax initiative that provided $175 million of the total $228 million project cost. Despite encountering a major structural problem in the middle of the project that took 4 months and added over $2.5 million to the cost, the project was completed on schedule and within the original funding provided.
