Case Study: The Shelterhouse
The Drop Inn Center was founded in 1973 to serve Cincinnati’s homeless men and women. As part of the “Homeless to Homes Plan” adopted by Cincinnati City Council, The Drop Inn Center, now operated as The Shelterhouse, with public and private support, moved into the new Esther Marie Hatton Center for Wormen and the David & Rebecca Baron Center for Men in 2015. FMPS served as a special advisor to the executive director managing the construction and move-in for these 2 facilities and assisted with maintenance and operations plans for the homeless centers. Visit The Shelterhouse web site for more information and photos of these buildings.
