Facility Management & Planning Services has assisted 2 churches in Cincinnati with their maintenance needs. Turning Point Ministries acquired a new church with an occupied school attached.
FMPS assisted in selection of a contractor to provide preventive and routine maintenance for the heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems. We also assisted the Episcopal Church of the Redeemer to identify and evaluate terms with its maintenance contractors and FMPS developed a capital replacement program that identified when pieces of building equipment would need to be replaced and the amount of funds to be set aside.
