Case Study: Renovating Historic Buildings
FMPS has spent the last 40 years fixing and restoring buildings built from 1860 to today. This includes maintaining historic Cincinnati City Hall (1893), stopping leaks through the walls of 30-year old buildings at University Hospital, to the gutting and complete renovation of 13 historic schools built in the 1910-20’s.

FMPS is most proud of our participation in the complete replacement and renovation of all the school buildings for Cincinnati Public Schools. As the Facilities Director for Cincinnati Public Schools, Michael Burson was the chief district administrator for the project.
